Multifamily Construction Project ManagerOur client is a premier multifamily General Contractor headquartered in the Northeast with a reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a motivated Project Manager to their expanding operations team.The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will:Establish and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendorsLead project execution from preconstruction through closeoutManage construction contracts with owners, subcontractors, and suppliersCoordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and correspondenceSupport value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure all project documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely mannerMonitor permit requirements, inspections, and regulatory compliancePrepare, update, and maintain project schedules and budgetsReview and process subcontractor requisitions, invoices, and payment applicationsWork closely with field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgetManage project financial reporting and forecastingInterpret project data to ensure adherence to cost and scheduling objectivesOversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programsCoordinate project closeout activities, turnover documentation, and warranty managementThe Multifamily Construction Project Manager should have:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred5+ years of construction project management experienceExperience managing multifamily construction projects valued at $5 million or greaterStrong knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, scheduling, budgeting, and safety practicesExperience managing project budgets and financial reportingProficiency with project management and construction softwareAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProven ability to successfully lead projects from start to finishThe Multifamily Construction Project Manager will receive:Competitive base salaryPerformance-based bonus structureCell phone and laptopPaid time off, personal days, and sick daysExcellent benefits including health, medical, vision, and dental insurance401(k) plan availableProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesStable backlog of multifamily projectsCollaborative and employee-focused company cultureLong-term career growth with a respected construction organization
