Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a motivated Project Manager to their expanding operations team.

Description

The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will:

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage construction contracts with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and correspondence
  • Support value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner
  • Monitor permit requirements, inspections, and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Review and process subcontractor requisitions, invoices, and payment applications
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Manage project financial reporting and forecasting
  • Interpret project data to ensure adherence to cost and scheduling objectives
  • Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs
  • Coordinate project closeout activities, turnover documentation, and warranty management

Profile

The Multifamily Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience managing multifamily construction projects valued at $5 million or greater
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, scheduling, budgeting, and safety practices
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to successfully lead projects from start to finish
