Position Title: FOH Manager
Location: Chick-Fil-A North Decatur
Reports To: Director of Operations

Leadership & Culture

- Lead by example with integrity,

- Train, and mentor team members and Supervisors
- Conduct performance evaluations
- and provide ongoing coaching
- Build leadership pipelines and
- succession plans
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations to
- ensure speed, accuracy, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, labor, and
food costs to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health,
- safety, and brand standards
- Complete Ninety scorecard on
- weekly basis explaining ( the why) behind the score
- Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality
- and service at every guest touchpoint
- Resolve customer concerns with
- empathy and professionalism
