Noncommissioned Security Officer - Waco

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant unarmed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential threats are addressed promptly. The Security Officer will monitor premises through surveillance systems and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.

Duties

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.

Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter criminal activity and ensure safety compliance.

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.

Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, or security breaches for management review.

Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve security issues or investigate incidents.

Proficient in operating CCTV systems and conducting surveillance effectively.

Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience in loss prevention strategies is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
