Non Profit Retail Store Supervisor

Full-Time | Louisville, KY | $20/hour + $500/month Health Insurance Reimbursement

We're looking for a hands-on Retail Store Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a growing thrift store where every donation, every purchase, and every volunteer contributes to a larger mission.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, creating an exceptional customer experience, and developing efficient store operations while making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the thrift store

• Create an organized, clean, and welcoming shopping experience

• Merchandise and price donated items

• Manage inventory and sales performance

• Handle cash management, daily deposits, and reporting

• Recruit, train, schedule, and encourage volunteers

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Assist with marketing, community events, and future online sales initiatives

• Help grow both the store and its impact within the community

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has retail management or supervisory experience

• Loves creating organized systems and improving operations

• Enjoys coaching and motivating volunteers

• Is comfortable managing inventory and merchandising

• Has experience with POS systems such as Clover, Square, or Shopify

• Leads with integrity, professionalism, and compassion

Compensation & Benefits

• $20/hour
