Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268 (100% On-Site)
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries (JEs)
- Manage month-end close activities and timelines
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate general ledger records
- Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
- Support compliance with non-profit accounting standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Required: Prior non-profit accounting experience
- Strong experience preparing journal entries and managing month-end close
- Proven ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
