Non-Destructive Testing Technician (NDT)

We are seeking an experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT/NDE) Technician to perform inspections on large, custom-engineered industrial components in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform Ultrasonic (UT), Radiographic (RT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), and Visual (VT) inspections.

Pay: $70,000 – $75,000
Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT/NDE) Technician to perform inspections on large, custom-engineered industrial components in a manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities

• Perform Ultrasonic (UT), Radiographic (RT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), and Visual (VT) inspections.
• Inspect in-process materials and components for compliance with quality requirements and specifications.
• Interpret and document NDT/NDE inspection results.
• Maintain NDT training, certification, inspection, and compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ASME, ANSI, and ISO standards.
• Support manufacturing, quality, supplier, and internal/external audit activities.
• Maintain NDT equipment and a safe, organized inspection area.
   

Qualifications

• Associate degree in NDT, NDT certificate, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years of NDT, manufacturing, inspection, or quality experience.
• Hands-on experience with UT, RT, MT/MPI, PT/LPT, or VT inspection methods.
• Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, and ISO 9000 standards.
• ASNT and/or AWS qualifications preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office and documentation skills.
