    • Title: Non-Clinical Manager
    • Job Type: 13 Week Contract
    • Facility Type and Location: Humanitarian Emergency Respite Center in New York, NY
    • Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 5x8 Hours
    • Requirements: 3+ years of program/project management experience; Bachelor's degree preferred

    Estimated Travel Package:

    • Hourly Rate: $21.78
    • Weekly Stipend: $1736.00 ($553.00 Weekly Meal + $1183.00 Weekly Lodging)
    • Gross Weekly Pay: $2553 (Based on 40 hrs/wk

    Job Description: As a Project Manager assigned to initiatives under the NYC H+H Office of Ambulatory Care and Population Health, you'll provide project-level support for key workstreams within direct service programs.Responsibilities include:

    • Supporting project lifecycles: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
    • Developing templates/tools to track project progress and disseminating information/updates.
    • Monitoring progress and escalating issues or risks proactively.
    • Acting as a contact for various departments, City agencies, and vendors.
    • Assisting in conducting trainings and providing on-site support for project implementation.
    • Offering policy and operational guidance to improve service delivery.
    • Reviewing/approving invoices and providing budgetary recommendations.

    Skills Required:

    • Field Project Management
    • Experience in Education or working with educational programs, educators, administrators, or case management staff.
    • Experience with community engagement, non-profits, and working with parents/children.
    • Reliability for independent work and collaborative team leadership.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Attention to detail, flexibility, enthusiastic work ethic.
    • Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish.
    • Experience managing multiple external contractors/vendors preferred.
    • NYC area residency preferred.
