Description

Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst
Location: Primarily Remote. Onsite 2 days per quarter or as needed for support. 10900 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles CA (expenses are reimbursable)

Duration: November 2, 2026 to October 29, 2027 to cover LOA
Work Schedule: Mon -Fri 8-5 PT with after-hours support as needed. (will be on-call every 7 weeks)
Bill Rate: Flex for tier 1
Position Overview:

Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications. They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line. The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application. The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.

Analyst will be focused on Charge RTE and Prelude build related to implementing new requests, optimization of current workflows, and input as needed for integration projects across the health system.
Scope of work will include tickets, projects, go-live support, upgrade support, and on-call rotation every 7 weeks. Additional work as needed.

Required Experience:

Grand Central and Prelude Certifications (RTE certification is a plus)
Minimum 4 years experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst
