Description

Job Title: IT Analyst I/Supply Chain
Location: Parsippany, NJ. Located in Warehouse. Temperature in warehouse does change with the seasons
Local, Remote or Hybrid: Local
Schedule: Full Time 8AM-4PM
Contract: 21 Weeks

- May be asked to assist with Warehouse supply chain duties such as lifting and receiving supplies that weigh up to 60lbs

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree (R)
Experience:
One to two years of previous work related experience.
Ability to work within a team environment
Excellent analytical problem solving written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills.
If Desktop Support experience managing and supporting desktops in a large environment using antivirus software solutions and modifying Windows registry keys.
Knowledge in Operating Systems and Databases Microsoft Office Suite Project Visio UNIX Oracle SQL New HL7V
Programming Languages where applicable Examples Java HTML Visual Basic C C4343 Perl
Applications Knowledge of Healthcare IS HL-7
If Clinical familiarity with cardiology radiology radiologyoncology labs Pharmacy systems
If Clinical may provide technical expertise to clinical users and other staff members as well as conduct daily monitoring of clinical applications and interfaces.
If Clinical is expected to attend training sessions and participate in IT update meetings and huddles. Will train end users in use of equipment and clinical application.

Technical Skills:
Ability to lift up to 60lbs

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting logistics inventory procurement and operational data to support business decision-making and drive process improvements. This role develops reports dashboards and performance metrics that provide visibility into key logistics functions including inventory management equipment utilization delivery performance spend analysis and supply chain operations. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends measure operational effectiveness forecast demand and recommend data-driven solutions that improve efficiency reduce costs and support strategic objectives. The position requires strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills along with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance operational performance and customer service.

Configures and installs new programs, modifications or enhancements to existing systems. Analyzes modifications or
enhancements to determine impact on existing production systems.
Develops test data. Conducts unit and system tests to verify results of software solutions.
Installs/Performs in-house and vendor updates, in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with IS change control
standards and procedures.
Documents requirements, and revises existing system logic as necessary.
May work in multiple phases of systems and applications analysis, and considers the business implications of the
application of technology to the current business environment.
May assist in the design of interfaces between a wide variety of systems to support clinical and business needs of
the Hospital.
Provides support during non-working hours to ensure the operation of production systems in a 24 x 7 environment, if
needed, including participation in Go Lives on off hour shifts.
May perform troubleshooting problems relating to PC's, s oftware and basic network communications.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant applications and support policies in order to provide technically
accurate solutions to customers.
Provides technical customer support by monitoring production systems and by responding quickly and effectively
to user complaints.
Assists other IS staff in resolving issues and problem solving.
Creates as required audits, logs, analytic and tabular reports that may be used to identify or solve problems and
monitor system changes over time.
If Clinical, this position acts as a liason between end users and the information services team.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.


Collect validate analyze and interpret logistics inventory procurement and operational data from multiple systems and sources.
Develop maintain and automate dashboards reports and scorecards to monitor key logistics and supply chain performance metrics.
Analyze inventory levels equipment utilization delivery performance and procurement activities to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement.
Support forecasting demand planning capacity planning and resource allocation through data-driven analysis.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators KPIs including inventory accuracy order fulfillment on-time delivery equipment deployment and cost management.
Collaborate with logistics supply chain healthcare technology finance and operational stakeholders to identify business needs and provide actionable insights.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across logistics databases reporting tools and enterprise systems.
Create ad hoc reports and analyses to support strategic initiatives project planning and executive decision-making.
Assist in developing data standards reporting methodologies and documentation for logistics processes and performance measurement.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
Support inventory audits asset management activities and compliance reporting requirements as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
