Our North Little Rock, AR branch is actively seeking enthusiastic Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Workers to grow with us.Position: Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse WorkerThis role involves driving approximately 35% of the time and assisting in the warehouse 65% of the time.Responsibilities:Deliver and unload materials to multiple sites safelyPull, load, and organize warehouse stockAssist with inventory control and warehouse operationsPerform physical tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs.Operate forklifts (experience preferred)Maintain a clean driving record and follow company safety policiesRequirements:Minimum age: 19 yearsGeneral knowledge of building industry productsMap reading and navigation skillsComfortable working at heights (ladders, rooftops)Good driving recordSchedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (hours may vary)Mandatory overtime as requiredCompensation & Benefits:Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits include:401(k) with company match (after 90 days)Health, dental, vision, and life insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA)Paid time offIf you are reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow in a supportive environment, CRBS wants you on our team!
