We're hiring Non-CDL Delivery & Installation Drivers for a local final-mile delivery position based near St. Louis, Missouri.
This opportunity offers daily home time, a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, and competitive weekly earnings.
Drivers deliver and assist with the installation of appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, patio furniture, and other large household items at residential and commercial locations.
This is a physically active position involving loading, unloading, moving, assembling, and installing products. Candidates should be comfortable working with customers and handling heavy items using proper equipment and team assistance.
Three openings are currently listed.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,040–$1,060
- Estimated Annual Earnings: Approximately $55,000
- Mileage Pay: $0.42–$0.45 per mile
- Stop Pay: $3 per qualifying stop
- Paid Training: Approximately 3–4 weeks
- Paid Holidays: Six annually
Actual earnings depend on assigned mileage, deliveries, and applicable compensation terms.
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Daily
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Start times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM
- Approximately 10-hour workdays
- Optional Saturday opportunities during busy periods
- Local and surrounding-area deliveries within approximately 300 miles of St. Louis
- Workday length may vary depending on customer demand
Job Responsibilities
- Operate a straight truck to deliver large household and commercial products.
- Deliver appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, and patio furniture.
- Load and unload products safely.
- Assist with assembly and installation at customer locations.
- Complete multiple deliveries throughout the workday.
- Transport products into homes, businesses, and multi-family residential buildings.
- Navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, including locations without elevators.
- Use dollies, pallet jacks, liftgates, ramps, and other moving equipment.
- Inspect products for damage and report delivery concerns.
- Provide professional customer service during deliveries and installations.
- Perform required vehicle inspections.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable transportation regulations.
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular physical activity.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to maneuver items weighing up to 600 pounds with appropriate equipment and team assistance.
- Must be comfortable moving appliances and furniture.
- Must be able to navigate stairs while handling deliveries safely.
- Must be willing to assist with product assembly and installation.
- Must follow safe lifting and equipment-handling procedures.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Missouri Class E driver's license required before starting.
- No CDL required.
- No prior commercial truck driving experience required.
- Must reside within approximately 50 miles of St. Louis / Olivette, MO 63132.
- Must be available for early morning shifts.
- Must be comfortable with physically demanding delivery work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to move larger items using team assistance and equipment.
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must be willing to complete the required training program.
- Must meet applicable driver qualification and safety requirements.
- SAP drivers are not accepted for this position.
Paid Training
New hires receive approximately 3–4 weeks of paid training, covering:
- Safe straight-truck operation
- Defensive driving
- Product handling and installation
- Furniture and appliance assembly
- Loading and unloading procedures
- Customer service
- Applicable DOT regulations and safety practices
