About the Position

TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations in Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• $22 per hour, plus overtime
• $250 quarterly attendance bonus
• Estimated weekly pay of $950 to $1,050
• Monday through Saturday schedule
• 6:00 a.m. start time
• 40 hours per week

Job Details

• Route type: Local
• Freight: Seafood
• Equipment: 16-foot automatic reefer box truck
• Handling: Light-touch deliveries using a pallet jack
• Work setting: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16-foot automatic reefer box truck on local routes.
• Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
• Perform delivery handling tasks, including operating a pallet jack.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries.

Minimum Requirements

• Non-CDL license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Previous box truck experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
