We are seeking a collaborative Node.js Developer with complementary Java or Angular experience to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will help design and build modern front-end applications, microservices, and REST APIs, while contributing to architectural improvements and cloud integrations in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain front-end applications, microservices, and REST APIs primarily using Node.js
Contribute hands-on full-stack development expertise across core engineering projects
Help analyze existing applications to support target-state design and cloud architecture transitions on AWS
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Database, CTO organizations, and API integration groups
Ensure application reliability and quality using testing frameworks (Cucumber, API testing tools) and monitoring platforms (Splunk)
Engage actively in Agile team workflows, tackling technical challenges and clarifying requirements as they evolve
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
4+ years of professional software development experience
4+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing front-end applications, microservices, and REST APIs
Core proficiency in Node.js, complemented by practical experience in Java (for legacy DB2 connectivity) and Angular
Solid foundational experience with AWS cloud services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Firehose, DynamoDB, EKS, and CloudWatch) and databases (DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, legacy DB2)
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to handle technical ambiguity and work effectively within a team
