The ideal Network Operating Center Engineers, (NOC): * Experience in a NOC environment with solid communication skills * Strong with diagnosing IT alerts, events or issues daily. * Solid background working with systems, networking and hardware. e.g. routers, switches * Proficient and familiar with AWS Cloud platform and infrastructure. * Familiar with monitoring tools such as Cradlepoint Netcloud * CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent * Previous Election support highly desirable
