NOC Analyst

Requirements: Experience with O365, ServiceNow, xMatters, ScienceLogic, and Solarwinds. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Duration: 6+ months 
Compensation: $50-60/hr W2
Location: Houston, TX

Requirements:

• Experience with O365, ServiceNow, xMatters, ScienceLogic, and Solarwinds
• General TCOM knowledge
• Understanding of DNS, IP, Routers, switches, and BGP
• Proficiency with Ping, Traps, and SCADA systems
• Familiarity with IT and OT best practices
• Knowledge of GUARD EUSRM software review process
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
