You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing:

• Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and load checks, and build professional habits for over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
