What you’ll be doing

  • Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, professional trucking operations, and preparation for solo driving.
  • Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
  • Follow DOT requirements, safe driving practices, and company procedures.
  • Complete required vehicle and operational checks and develop sound habits for over-the-road driving.
  • Gain hands-on experience with trip planning, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
