What you’ll be doing
- Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, professional trucking operations, and preparation for solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow DOT requirements, safe driving practices, and company procedures.
- Complete required vehicle and operational checks and develop sound habits for over-the-road driving.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip planning, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
