You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. Primary responsibilities:
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period, learning daily driving routines, riding with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.

- Follow safe driving practices and complete required vehicle and cargo checks to build professional over-the-road habits.
- Develop hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress into an independent driver role.
