About the role
Begin your commercial driving career in a position tailored for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers in the Meridian, MS area for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. During this period you will ride with an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day operations of professional trucking, and transition into solo driving upon successful completion.
What we offer

What you'll be doing
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that covers daily driving routines, hands-on procedures, and preparation for solo driving.
- Ride and drive with a mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning load securement and cargo handling best practices.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and pre-trip/post-trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
- Gain practical experience with trip planning, communication with dispatch and customers, and in-route decision-making as you progress toward independent driving.
