What you’ll be doing

  • Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing for solo operations.
  • Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
  • Follow Department of Transportation requirements, safe driving practices, and company procedures.
  • Complete required vehicle and trip checks and develop strong habits for professional over-the-road operations.
  • Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
