Begin your driving career in Lexington, KY with a position designed for recent CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is recruiting recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day‑to‑day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required checks, and develop professional habits for over‑the‑road operations.
- Gain hands‑on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision‑making as you progress from a recent graduate into an independent driver.
