Responsibilities:

• Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period, learning day-to-day driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
