What you'll be doing:
- Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required pre- and post-trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver operating in the Dayton region and beyond.
