What you’ll be doing
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period covering daily driving routines, collaboration with an experienced driver, and preparation for solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required inspections and checks, and develop strong habits for professional over-the-road operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip planning and execution, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
