Begin your driving career in the Washington, D.C. metro area with a role designed for newly licensed CDL-A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and new CDL-A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program based in Alexandria, VA. During training you will ride with and learn from an experienced driver, develop practical on-road skills, and transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Follow safe driving practices, perform required vehicle and log checks, and cultivate professional habits for long-haul operations.
  • Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication with dispatch and team members, and decision-making as you progress to independent driving.
