What you’ll be doing
- Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing for the transition to solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, comply with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation requirements, complete required inspections and checks, and develop strong habits for over-the-road operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip coordination, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
