About the role: Start your driving career with a position designed for recent CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program based in Alexandria, VA. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing:
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo operations.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and cargo checks, and build professional habits for over-the-road operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and operational decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
- Operate primarily out of the Alexandria, VA area and on assigned routes consistent with company operations.
