What you’ll be doing

  • Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition to solo driving.
  • Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
  • Follow safe driving practices, complete required inspections and checks, and develop sound habits for professional over-the-road operations.
  • Gain hands-on experience with trip planning and execution, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
