Description
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in enterprise data governance, data architecture, and data management within healthcare or Medicaid domains.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Purview for architecting enterprise data catalogs, classification rules, and automated data lineage.
- Experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling using enterprise tools such as ERwin or ER/Studio.
- Experience in querying and managing enterprise relational SQL and NoSQL database architectures.
- Experience with authoring formal Interface Control Documents (ICDs), interface registries, and system integration plans.
- Experience in establishing data governance frameworks, data warehouse structures, and secure data-sharing protocols.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and deliver executive governance roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement comprehensive enterprise data governance, data cataloging, and data management plans.
- Architect end-to-end data lineage models and establish unified data catalogs utilizing Microsoft Purview.
- Author formal Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and maintain a centralized interface registry across all healthcare applications.
- Map complex system-to-system interactions, data flows, and secure data movement between legacy and modernized platforms.
- Design robust conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support scalable enterprise data warehouse environments.
- Identify integration bottlenecks, compliance risks, and data inconsistencies to deliver actionable modernization recommendations.
- Partner with technical stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements and deliver regular monthly project progress reports.
