The North America Digital Commerce & Experience team is an innovative, fast-moving team focused on elevating Nike’s direct-to-consumer business through best-in-class digital experiences. This role partners closely with Sport Business Leaders, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, and Demand Planning to bring integrated consumer journeys to life across digital platforms and deliver against the commercial plan.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a digital commerce native and a collaborative teammate who can work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment. You have a positive mentality, high learning agility, strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. You can work independently or as part of a team, and you are able to prioritize across multiple tasks. You are passionate about data, numbers, and financial realities, while also bringing creativity, strategic ideation, and innovation to the table.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.

With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impact.  These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 through Spring 2029
• Background in marketing, analytics, operations, or social commerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Youtube, etc)
• 0-2 years work experience
• Resume submission (PDF strongly preferred)

Skills:

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools and data visualization platforms (Tableau or Data Bricks)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work productively in ambiguity
• Brand passion for NIKE, Inc. portfolio Brands
• Organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
