Night Warehouse Manager

What does a Night Warehouse Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?In this role you will be responsible for leading warehouse operations. Assume responsibility for the effective and efficient warehouse operationsEnsure the warehouse department follows all Quality/Environmental/Safety requirements and all Federal/State laws and regulations pertaining to productionDrives continuous improvements in key areas - responsible for continual improvement of their operation and for ensuring agility to meet the changing needs of the businessEstablish and monitor the efficiency and performance of key business indicators for warehouse departmentCoordinates regularly with departments to ensure that all fleet, building, and manufacturing equipment are in good operating condition and proposes future capital expenditures and packagesDevelop talent and ensure training of employeesPerforms other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) required10+ years progressive experience in warehouse management requiredInventory experience requiredGeneral warehouse experience requiredKnowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory practices and proceduresUnderstanding of safety procedures and OSHA requirementsFamiliarity with plant equipment and maintenance requirementsFamiliar with computer operation for inventory controlKnowledge of SAP computer systemKO KORE and ISO quality standards in a soft drink environmentKnowledge of regulatory requirements for facilities
