BASIC PURPOSE
Operate an industrial forklift to perform material handling assignments. Identify and transport material to and from storage areas and loading dock. Operate forklift/high-lift in order to lower stock to ground level pick-level slots from higher level reserve slots during night shift & day shift, and to put received stock in higher level storage slots during the day shift using safe operating practices.

Start time: 4:30 PM until completion
Associates typically average 45–50 hours per week
Schedule may vary based on business needs
Transport pallet loads of product from dock locations to designated warehouse slots using powered industrial equipment.
Ensure pallets are properly secured to prevent damage or injury during product selection.
Replenish pick slots with product from reserve storage locations to maintain inventory levels for night warehouse operations.
Perform daily operational and safety inspections, including batteries, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguishers.
Record product, equipment, and warehouse damage accurately.
Maintain aisle cleanliness by removing debris from warehouse floors and racks.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F required.
Ability to read and write legibly.
Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Ability to understand and follow Voxware commands.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification required.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior Selector experience preferred.
Prior Forklift Operator experience preferred.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
The expected base rate for this role is between $23.50 and $24.00 per hour.

Overtime compensation
Shift differential
Incentive compensation based on performance (up to $150 weekly)
