Experienced Night Team Leader – Restaurant/Retail

Great American Cookies is seeking a dependable and experienced Night Team Leader to lead by example and help create a positive, productive environment for our team and guests.
Character and integrity are important to us. We are looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, and comfortable taking charge of an evening shift.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during evening and weekend shifts
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Keep the team productive, organized, and focused
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness and product quality
- Help train and coach team members
- Ensure closing duties and checklists are completed correctly
- Monitor product levels and prepare additional products as needed
- Handle customer questions and resolve routine concerns
- Follow cash-handling, food-safety, and store procedures
- Communicate important information to store management
- Take responsibility for the store and team while leading the shift
Qualifications
- Previous leadership, supervisory, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience
- Strong character, integrity, and dependability
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to lead by example
- Comfortable coaching and directing team members
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Able to complete closing responsibilities consistently
- Cake-decorating experience is a plus but is not required
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time opportunities
- Evening shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Our mall location closes at 8 p.m., so there are no extremely late restaurant closing shifts
