Night Shift Superintendent

Disney & Universal repeat client workNight shift role with bonus potential * Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects. Our client is an established commercial general contractor with decades of success delivering entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, and retail projects.

* Lead field operations on façade renovations and facility upgrade projects ranging from $500K-$1M

* Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and daily construction activities

* Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and workflow

* Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project stakeholders

* Support multiple project phases while adapting between night and future day-shift operations

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base plus benefits
