Night Shift Packaging Operator

Openwork is seeking an experienced Packaging Operator for a manufacturing facility in Deer Park, TX.

• Operate high-speed packaging equipment, including fillers, labelers, palletizers, and box formers.
• Make equipment adjustments to maintain smooth production.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products.
• Perform quality checks and inventory counts.
• Complete hose hookups and line flushing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and stand/walk throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
