We have openings for the Night Shift Manager position. The work schedule for this position will be primarily evening and closing shifts within the hours of 2:00pm-11:00pm. Responsibilities:
Leads the front of house portion of the restaurant including staffing, operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Checks in all team members on shift for proper appearance guidelines
Ensures that all breaks and rotations are handled for the shift, paying close attention to minor labor laws and break scheduling
Must be proficient at handling and counting cash drawers
Maintains Speed of Service at or below the established goals and reports results per shift
Monitor labor productivity and makes adjustments as needed to reach established goals and reports results per shift
Maintains a clean and safe environment at all times
Manages call offs and tardies as per store policy
Completes one food safety audit per shift
Documents team member infractions
Works with Catering Director to execute catering orders for the shift
Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
Requirements:
Servsafe Certified (Will complete once hired)
Is available to Close at least four days per week
Complete the Accelerate Leadership Development program (Will complete once hired)
Is reliable and does not call out for scheduled shifts
Understand, model, and execute the HEARD model for guest recovery.
Have knowledge of and consistently execute our organization’s mission statement and Core Values
Understands and helps promote knowledge of the Food Safety 5 and how it applies to their respective area
