Position Overview
As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our high-volume manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This position offers the stability of a growth-oriented employer, with predictable shifts, consistent hours, and clear long-term career pathways. In this multi-craft role, you'll work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, using your expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize plant equipment. You'll support CNC and PLC-controlled machinery, motor controls and drives, robotics (including FANUC and KUKA), industrial networks, and automated tooling systems, ideal for Maintenance Technicians or Maintenance Mechanics looking to expand their automation knowledge and develop long-term technical mastery in a modern manufacturing environment.
This is a full-time 2nd shift (Overnight) role, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Join us and be a vital part of our team, where your skills and dedication make a real impact every day.
We pay by experience and skill set:
$38.96 per hour - $48.00 per hour plus a 6% Shift Differential
We are offering $1,000 Sign-On bonuses for experienced Maintenance Technicians paid out after 90 days of employment!

Physical Requirements (Ability to do the following up to 10 hours per shift):
Walk, stand, sit, bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, crawl

Reach outward or above the shoulder
Lift, carry, push, or pull 15-45 pounds
Repetitive use of hands and fingers
Ability to identify and safely use vibrating tools and hand tools.
Depth perception required
Ability to distinguish basic colors and shades of color
Exposure to constant and intermittent noise, fumes, smoke and gases, solvents, paint, grease and oils, radiant energy, and slippery surfaces
Drive or operate equipment such as lifts and/or motor vehicles
Ability to work different shifts and overtime as needed and flexible for on call
Understanding mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts and components; ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and identify schematic symbols.
Knowledge of industrial safety requirements for work involving hazardous, flammable, and potentially explosive materials/environments, including strict adherence to LOTO and COHE procedures.
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preventive maintenance & troubleshooting of industrial systems.
General understanding of industrial safety principles
