LogoJet Print Operator
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | 3:30pm - 12am (midnight) Monday - Saturday
Must be able to work the weekends of Christmas and New Year's weeks)
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable LogoJet Print Operator to join a growing production team. This role is responsible for operating UV direct-to-object printing equipment to produce high-quality custom prints on mugs, merchandise, and other specialty products.
This is a great opportunity for someone with printing, production, machine operating, or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain LogoJet UV printing equipment during daily production runs
- Set up print files and artwork using provided templates and specifications
- Adjust sizing, alignment, and placement to ensure accurate print quality
- Load and fixture products properly for consistent printing results
- Perform routine machine maintenance including print head cleaning, UV lamp checks, and ink monitoring
- Inspect finished products for print quality, color accuracy, sharpness, and alignment
- Manage production workflow and prioritize orders to meet deadlines
- Troubleshoot minor printing or equipment issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Monitor inventory of inks and printing consumables as needed
Qualifications
- Previous print operation, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Experience with UV printing or LogoJet equipment is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Comfortable working with computers and production software A MUST!
- Ability to follow artwork specifications and production instructions accurately
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting basic equipment issues
- Ability to work independently and manage production priorities
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
