Job Title: Shift D Forklift Operator
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Hours: Wednesday 12PM - 6AM; Thursday - Saturday 6:00PM - 6:30AM

As a Forklift Operator in this role, you'll be essential in supporting daily warehouse operations. Your efforts will help ensure smooth movement of materials, timely shipments, and a safe working environment. You'll collaborate closely with your team to meet production goals while maintaining high safety standards.
What You'll Do
As a Shift D Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products within the facility.
- Loading and unloading trucks to ensure on-time delivery and pickup schedules.
- Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders accurately, utilizing RF scanners or inventory systems.
- Stacking and storing materials in designated areas following established inventory procedures.
- Performing basic inspections and maintenance checks on equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate production records and completing necessary documentation.
- Following all safety guidelines, reporting hazards, quality concerns, or operational issues.
- Collaborating with team members to meet overall production and shipping targets.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
- Experience with RF scanners preferred.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills and math.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive procedures.
- The capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
