Night Shift Dining Supervisor (GA, Braselton)

The Assistant Manager supports the Dining Manager by helping coach, counsel, and/or discipline employees. They will aid in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily dining operations to ensure excellent food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Supervise, train, coach, and provide direction to dining team members, including food service workers, cooks, cashiers, and shift leads.
Assign and monitor daily work activities while maintaining adequate staffing levels and workflow efficiency.
Prepare and serve food in accordance with established recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
Operate POS systems and perform cashiering duties, order entry, and cash handling accurately.
Monitor food quality, presentation, inventory levels, and dining area cleanliness to support an exceptional guest experience.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally while promoting high service standards.
Assist with scheduling, inventory management, receiving deliveries, and opening/closing procedures.
Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Dining Unit Manager and support overall operational success.
Required Qualifications
Associates degree and two years of food service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One year of management experience.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the day.
Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
