Performs routine and special cleaning of facilities and buildings to ensure they are clean, sanitary and in orderly condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Sweeps, mops, waxes and vacuums floors/carpets
Dusts, polishes and waxes furniture
Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
Cleans restrooms, locker rooms and equipment
Inspects and performs minor repairs on equipment, furniture and fixtures
Empties trash
Moves furniture and equipment
Prepares, paints, strips and/or resurfaces various surfaces
Washes and cleans walls, windows and vents
Inspects and maintains facilities during vacation periods
Performs assigned tasks in response to requests and complaints
Adheres to applicable policies and procedures
Keeps assigned tools and/or equipment in clean and safe working condition
Performs other duties as assigned Etc
