Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Obtain a list of areas that need to be cleaned immediately and a list of prospective spaces to monitor to prepare work assignments.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Clean all outdoor patio areas and furniture.
- Ensure the cleaning checklist for the area is complete and inspect work to meet standards of cleanliness.
- Restock storage closets.
- Respond to Guest requests for additional supplies or information promptly.
- Clean, stock, and maintain pool areas, public area bathrooms, hallways, public common areas, arcades, and elevators.
- Empty and clean all waste and recycling receptacles and transport waste to dumpsters or appropriate recycling containers.
- Move furniture, dust furniture, and wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills as needed
- Comply with our recycling program
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety issues immediately to the supervisor
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license (Vacation Homes and Nights Only)
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to perform all aspects of custodial duties, including bending, stooping, and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 16 years old
