Overview:
The Night Manager will oversee janitorial operations and employees across a high-volume facility, ensuring the team consistently delivers clean, safe, and well-maintained spaces. This position will manage up to 20 employees and support both routine janitorial services and event-related cleaning needs.
Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of up to 20 janitorial employees.
- Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure assigned areas meet quality standards.
- Coordinate staffing, assignments, breaks, and daily work schedules.
- Support cleaning and setup needs associated with events.
- Conduct inspections and address quality or performance issues.
- Train, coach, and provide direction to team members.
- Monitor attendance and communicate staffing concerns to leadership.
- Maintain adequate supplies and equipment for daily operations.
- Partner with site leadership to address operational needs.
- Respond to event-related cleaning requirements, including pre-event, during-event, and post-event services.
- Perform basic janitorial duties as needed to support the team and operation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or facilities services experience required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Experience managing a team of 10+ employees preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
- Must have flexibility with shift availability and be willing to adjust the schedule as needed to support operational and event requirements.
- Must be able to perform basic janitorial duties when needed.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.
