    Description

    Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Night Auditor to provide excellent guest service during the late shift. Youll handle front desk operations, monitor hotel activity, and ensure smooth night-time business processes while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets (restaurant, events, lounge).
    • Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
    • Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
    • Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
    • Prepare folios for departing guests.
    • Maintain lobby appearance and assist with coffee setup.
    • Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
    • Run the night audit process (end-of-day closing in the system).
    • Ensure all room statuses are accurate (vacant, occupied, out of order).
    • Resolve any discrepancies in reservations or room assignments.
    • Process no-shows and late cancellations.
    • Set up wake-up calls if needed.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for early issues.
    • Perform system backups or resets (if required).
    • Conduct property walkthroughs.
    • Monitor unusual activity and follow safety procedures.
    • Be the point of contact during emergencies overnight.
    • Verify cash, credit card, and third-party billing accuracy.

    Qualifications

    • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
    • Professional and customer-service oriented.
    • Basic accounting knowledge.
    • Problem-solving and independence.
    • Strong customer service skills.
