GuestService

Welcomeandassistguestsinafriendly,professional,andcourteousmanner.
Processguestregistrations,check-ins,check-outs,andpaymentsaccurately.
Handleguestinquiries,requests,andconcernswhilemaintainingconfidentiality.
Answeranddirecttelephonecallsusingproperhotelandbrandstandards.
Accuratelyprocesstelephoneandwalk-inreservations.
Maintainknowledgeofhotelservices,amenities,andlocalattractionstoassistguestseffectively.

NightAudit&Accounting

Audit,reconcile,andbalanceallguestandhouseaccountsduringtheovernightshift.
Verifydailytransactionsandpostroomchargestoensureallaccountsareaccurateandbalancedbythebeginningofthenextbusinessday.
Processcreditcardtransactions,directbillaccounts,andno-showcharges.
Completerequireddaily,monthly,andannualreports.
Followallestablishedaccounting,credit,andinventorycontrolprocedurestominimizerevenueloss.

Operations

ServeasManageronDutyduringovernighthourswhenmanagementisunavailable.
Conductregularinspectionsofthefrontdesk,lobby,andpublicareas.
Ensurethefrontdesk,lobby,andguest-facingareasremainclean,organized,andpresentable.
Assistwithlaundryandotherhousekeepingsupporttasksasneeded.
Setupandreplenishbreakfastitemswhenrequired.
Removesnowandmaintainsafeaccessaroundhotelentrancesandwalkwayswhennecessary.
Monitorofficeequipmentsuchasprintersandfaxmachinestoensureproperoperation.

Safety&Security

Followallhotelsafety,security,andemergencyprocedures.
Maintainawarenessofhotelactivityandrespondappropriatelytosecurityconcerns.
Reportmaintenanceissues,guestconcerns,accidents,andunusualsituationspromptlytomanagement.
Helpmaintainasafeandsecureenvironmentforguestsandteammembers.

TypicalSchedule:Overnightshift,includingweekendsandholidaysasneeded.
