Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports.
- Help ensure the safety and security of the resort during the night shift.
- Assist with reservations and room assignments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with ease.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
