About the Role:JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team! Responsibilities:- Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily revenue reports
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and posting of room charges
- Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management review
- Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety and comfort of all overnight guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for any overnight service needs
Requirements:- Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong math and accounting skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
