Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The Night Auditor will be responsible for performing accounting and customer service duties during the overnight shift, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit daily financial transactions and prepare accurate reports.
- Balance and reconcile accounts at the end of each shift.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments as needed.
- Perform nightly audits of the front desk and back office systems.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during overnight hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Work Schedule
This is a night shift position, typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays as required.
