Night Auditor Job DescriptionLocation: Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel 1 Hartsfield Centre Pkwy Atlanta, GA, 30354 Skills: - Assisting guests in a sincere and courteous manner
- Registering and processing guests promptly upon arrival and departure
- Verifying that all charges to guest accounts made during the day are correct
- Demonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel
- Completing all credit card transmittal, direct bills, and no-show billings for the day
- Preparing all daily, monthly and yearly reports required by the property
- Using sales techniques to effectively sell the property
- Answering telephone calls professionally
- Understanding and applying all hotel safety and security procedures
- Keeping immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Responsible for check-in, checkout, selling skills, computer operation, telephones, tasks at the front desk
- Responsible for maintaining supplies for the hotel gift shop
- Handling cash
Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift, holidays, night shift, weekends as needed Work Setting: In-person Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: - Night audit: 1 year (Preferred)
